ARTISAN BREAD
This Artisan Bread will bake to perfection in our Dutch Oven.
This recipe was created with beginners in mind, but the crisp crust and fluffy interior will satisfy a serious and experienced baker as well. Following the simple, step-by-step instructions will yield a delicious artisan bread with minimal effort.
INGREDIENTS

3 cups high gluten flour

1 ¼ tsp dry yeast

¼ tsp salt

2 cups water

Additional flour for workspace
DIRECTIONS

Add flour, yeast and salt to a gallon size Ziplock bag and mix.

Add water and mix until incorporated.

Let rise for 18 hours at room temperature.

Preheat dutch oven with the lid on 500°

Flour counter and turn the dough out of the bag, fold all the side inward to shape a circle (being careful not to overwork the dough)

Turn it over and place the dough in the preheated dutch oven.

Bake for 20 minutes covered, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
