Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
20 oz pizza dough
Sprinkle of Flour
Olive oil
¾ cup of pizza sauce
1 cup of mozzarella
¼ cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
Vegetables of your choice: red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, red onion (optional)
Basil garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat cast iron pizza pan in the oven on 500°
Sprinkle surface with flour
Roll out dough until it’s about 10-12 inches
Carefully remove the pizza pan from the oven (it will be extremely hot)
Coat the pan with a light coating of olive oil
Place the rolled out dough in the pan pushing the sides up against the edge
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough
Sprinkle ¾ cup of mozzarella and parmesan cheese
Top with vegetables of your choice
Bake on 500° for 15-20 minutes (depending on you preference)
Sprinkle ¼ cup mozzarella and bake for another 2-3 minutes
Garnish with basil (optional)
