VEAL CHOPS
Use our Square Grill Pan to create these flavorful Veal Chops.
Veal Chops are prepared with shallots and fresh herbs to produce a mouthwatering result.
INGREDIENTS

2 veal chops
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt and pepper to taste

2 cloves minced garlic
-
2 shallots quartered
-
4 rosemary sprigs
-
1 head of garlic peeled and halved
DIRECTIONS

Rub the veal chops with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper and rub in the minced garlic.

Let the veal chops rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Heat grill pan on medium- high heat.

Add veal chop to the pan and grill on medium flame for 7-9 minutes.

Flip the veal chop and add the shallots, rosemary and garlic to the pan.

Cook for an additional 7-9 minutes and remove the veal chop from the pan.

Leave the shallots and garlic in the pan until soft.
