This rich pasta is enhanced with a splash of cream and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. The fresh spinach gives this traditional dish a healthy twist.


  • 1 16 oz box spaghetti

  • 2/3 cup of milk

  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Dash of nutmeg

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup of spinach, chopped


  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and set aside

  2. Heat the milk on a medium flame, add heavy cream, garlic, nutmeg and salt and pepper.

  3. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes

  4. Add parmesan cheese

  5. Once melted add in the cooked spaghetti and mix

  6. Add chopped spinach and mix
