PARMESAN BRUSSEL SPROUTS
The Lid of the Multicooker and Deep Skillet doubles as a pan to produce these Parmesan Brussel Sprouts.
Serve this delicious side dish alongside our Creamy Pasta and Spinach for a true dairy delight.
INGREDIENTS

1 lb brussel sprouts

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp olive oil

¾ cup parmesan cheese

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

On the lid surface, combine the brussels sprouts, butter, olive oil and ½ cup of the cheese; season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer.

Roast the brussels sprouts in the oven until tender and lightly golden, 17 to 20 minutes.

Top the brussels sprouts with the remaining ¼ cup cheese.
